We proudly announce the release of Active Server Monitor 4.0 as the latest way to ensure that all services are working.

Over the past month, we have been working on a new version of our Active Server Monitor. In the past, the Active Server Monitor has performed checks on every server under our care to verify that all services running on that server was running properly. In the event that a service was not properly running, our support team would be notified. To ensure that our clients were given the best assurance that our services were working for them, we have decided that simply checking services is simply not enough.

To provide our clients with the best service possible, we have created a new version that actively repairs down services. Now, the program checks each service and repairs any service that is listed as down. This program can fix almost every common problem that each service will most likely encounter. If one method of correction does not work, it will try another method. If that fails, it then notifies support immediately via SMS messages direct to each support member's cellphone.

With the addition of this program, almost every possible problem with our services will be fixed within sixty seconds of it occurring. This is just one more step further in the effort to provide our clients with the best service possible.
